Because of its central U.S. location, the weather in Frankfort is typically mild and moderate no matter what time of year. We have four distinct seasons that include warm summers, moderately cold winters and no prolonged periods of heat, cold, rain, snow or wind. Average minimum and maximum temperatures: spring, 39-66F; summer, 63-87F; fall, 42-68F; and winter, 21-40F. The average annual temperature is 54F and annual precipitation is 43.5 inches.
